This Privacy Policy applies to the FairlyRewardio app (the “Application”) for mobile devices created by Miroslav Mikolaj (the “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it, including:

IP address and general device information (OS, session metadata)
Pages/screens you visit and time spent in the Application
Email address, User ID, Google Advertising ID (GAID)

The Application does not collect precise location data.

We use this information to provide rewards, operate the service, contact you with important updates, and perform fraud detection and prevention.

Rewards & Virtual Currency

The Application rewards users with virtual currency (“Score”) for completing surveys and offers. Score may be exchanged for rewards. Rewards are subject to verification by the Service Provider and partners. Fraudulent behavior (e.g., VPN use, multiple accounts, fake identities) may result in account suspension and loss of rewards.

GDPR / CCPA Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
Request correction or deletion of your data
Restrict or object to processing, and request data portability
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Opt-Out

You can stop data collection by uninstalling the Application.

Data Retention

The Application is not directed to children under 16 in the EU and under 13 elsewhere. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your data.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Consent

By creating an account in FairlyRewardio, you are required to provide your active consent to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This consent is stored in our database together with the timestamp of acceptance.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at miroslav.mikolaj@fairlyrewardio.com. Upon withdrawal, your account and any associated data may be deleted in accordance with our Data Retention Policy.
