Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FairlyRewardio application (“Application”). By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old in the EU (or 13 elsewhere) to use the Application.
  • You must create an account to participate in surveys and receive rewards.

2. Rewards

  • The Application provides virtual currency (“Score”) for completing surveys, offers, games, app installations, and other available tasks.
  • Score may be exchanged for cash rewards denominated in United States Dollars (USD) once the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold is reached.
  • The current minimum withdrawal amounts are:
    • 5.00 USD for Revolut withdrawals
    • 10.00 USD for PayPal withdrawals
    • 5.00 USD for cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT)
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) business days. Payouts are processed on business days only, between 09:00 and 17:00 (Central European Time – Prague). Processing times may vary depending on the selected payout method and external payment providers.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to change minimum withdrawal amounts, payout methods, or processing times due to transaction costs, payment provider fees, regulatory requirements, or other operational reasons.
  • Users will be informed of any material changes to withdrawal conditions through the Application or official communication channels.
  • All rewards are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust, delay, or withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.

3. Availability of Surveys and Offers

  • The availability of surveys, offers, games, and other tasks may vary depending on the user’s geographic location, demographic profile, device type, and third-party providers.
  • The Service Provider does not guarantee the availability of any specific survey, offer, or task at any given time or in any particular location.
  • The Service Provider is not responsible for the lack of available surveys or offers in a user’s region and shall not be liable for any resulting loss of potential earnings.
  • Availability is determined by third-party providers and may change without prior notice.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Using multiple accounts, fake identities, or VPNs/proxies to manipulate rewards
  • Hacking, reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise disrupting the Application
  • Violating the terms of third-party survey providers

Fraudulent behavior may result in termination of your account and loss of rewards.

5. Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if suspicious activity or a violation of these Terms is detected.

7. Disclaimer

The Application is provided “AS IS”. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for technical errors or downtime of third-party providers, lost rewards due to fraudulent activity, or damages resulting from misuse of the Application.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be communicated. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
